Hi friends!
No this isn’t a post to say that prices are increasing.
I know - we see that everywhere at the moment.

I have a new offer that I was going to begin in a few weeks, but thought actually why wait? So it is valid from today.

Introducing 1 week unlimited class passes.
$25, unlimited classes for 7 days.
For anyone who would love a little more yoga in their life!

I really created this offer for the students in class who already show up for themselves 2 or more times a week - and I wanted to give something back.

And maybe there are some of you who come once a week and would like to add another session or try another style!

No ongoing commitment, it’s week by week so if you have a week where you’re more available and would like to do some extra yoga, this is for you. Or a week where you’re only able to make one class - then you simply pay a casual session instead.

Unlimited class passes are valid for 7 days and are not transferable to another person.

I’m here for you, and it is such a privilege sharing yoga in our community.

Are you ready to begin your yoga journey?
Maybe you are looking at returning to your practice after a break and would like a refresher.
Or perhaps you have been regularly attending a class but something isn’t quite feeling right.

This is the class for you.

This is more than just a “beginners” class, it is a deep dive into proper alignment. A safe space to ask questions and make sure the basic asana feel right for YOUR body.

We will work through many of the fundamental poses you will find in a yoga class in a safe and supportive way, so that you leave feeling confident and empowered to join any class. I will guide you through modifications to help build strength and stability, not feel like you are collapsing in a pose.

Date: Saturday, 2nd of May
Time: 9 - 10:30am (90mins)
Cost: $20 per person

I had planned on coming into the studio before class today so that I could do my own practice, and to start working on next weeks classes.
But my children needed a lot of support over night, and it’s safe to say everyone is very very tired today.

So instead, I chose to slow down. Take a moment to ground myself. So that I could show up for my class in the way that they deserve.

Just 5 minutes in each of these poses, and a little bit of silence - nothing but the sound of the rain falling.

And it really did wonders. (The extra coffee may have also kicked in 😆)

Because rest is important.
And we need to prioritise taking care of ourselves so that we can take care of others. 🩷

I had the most beautiful conversation with 2 of my clients after class last night.

One stayed back and was telling me how incredible she feels after every class, and how much she enjoys coming every week.

She had so many kind things to say about my teaching and my class structure - and usually I’m very shy about receiving any kinds of compliments (easier to give than receive sometimes aren’t they!) - but this completely filled my heart with joy.

Another client then joined in and said “can I second everything she said!” And how she had previously given up on yoga classes even though she loves the practice.

And this is my whole purpose for teaching yoga. To ensure YOU have a wonderful experience. That YOU feel amazing in your body and can carry that feeling with you into every day life.

While I so greatly appreciate their feedback - it really made my day - if I could ask one thing of you it would be this.
