We're gearing up for Day 1 of NZAL 2026

It's nearly game day.

We're ready, excited, and looking forward to hanging together to slinging BBs at our mates.

THE NZAL CHAMPIONSHIP SEASON KICKS OFF THIS WEEKEND

Registration closes in 4 days (Friday 20th Feb)

We have ticket options for all players:

- NZAL Championship Squads (4-6 players)
- NZAL Championship Individuals
- Disruptor (Casual non competing player)

Two days of Airsoft which includes 5 Games over the two days.

3 large teams will go head to head in a Conquest long game format, utilising the Skirmesh Electronic system that automates both the capture point locations and player/team points.

Come join players from around the country that are attending New Zealand’s largest Multi-Regional National Championship.

Round 1 is proudly hosted in collaboration with at their Huntly Airsoft field.

The 2026 NZAL National Championship will feature the new 3 Faction team structure:

- NZAL Squad Championship
- NZAL Individual Championship
- NZAL Disruptor Faction

The NZAL also provides all casual players with the opportunity to enjoy two days of Airsoft as the disruptor team.

Along with current teams, new teams have already been formed ahead of the start of the season so come be part of the biggest outdoor national Airsoft championship.

Round 2 - Auckland July 20th - 21st

Round 3 - Taranaki October 3rd - 4th

This is an opportunity for players to come experience the NZAL game play before the 2026 season begins in February.

WHAT IS THE NZAL

The New Zealand Airsoft League (NZAL) is New Zealand’s first large-scale, annual multi-round competitive team championship dedicated to outdoor airsoft sports.  Presented by Special FX Productions and powered by the Skirmesh electronic scoring system, it provides a structured environment for airsoft players to compete in conquest-style games, where three large teams battle to dominate zones and accumulate points through the Skirmesh electronic objectives tracked via wristbands and real-time logging.

WHAT CLASS SHOULD I CHOOSE?

NZAL SQUAD CLASS (4-6 Players)
Skirmesh wristband required
This class is made up of squads of 4-6 players that will compete against other squads for points.

NZAL LONE WOLF CLASS (Individual player)
Skirmesh weistband required
This class is made up of individual players that are competing for points.

DISRUPTOR CLASS (Individual player)
This class is designed for casual players that are not competing for points

It was a huge weekend, and a really tough last round. We're exhausted and licking our wounds.
