Wherever you are, whoever you are with. Observe. No logic thought stories or games.
Gaze,
lovingly into their eyes.
Watch, as birds fly through the sky.
See, the leaves float freely in the wind.
Feel, the suns heat on your skin.

Can you feel that?

Eternity inside each moment of stillness.
See it? Feel it now?

Your presence is what opens the door to the deepest timelessness you could ever feel.

And that timelessness, is what is real, true, raw, authentic, whole and complete.

That timelessness is what we all really want to access, deep down. Because it's who you really are.

The simple act of being. Has been complicated. Like processes after processes have to be done to achieve..

No.

It's here with you, as you, right now. There's nothing to do or prove.

It's just you allowing yourself to choose it.

Will you choose presence ? The realest thing ever in existence?

Your presence. Your unique presence. My unique presence.

If you peel back the petals of a bud that hasn't yet blossomed, trying to force it to bloom, thinking you can control and manipulate it to open when YOU think it should, you are interfering with nature...
.leave it alone.

It will bloom in perfect timing.. let go of the fear you are clinging to, that it won't open, and trust that it inevitably will.

True nature unravels effortlessly if you allow it.

Your true nature blossoms freely if you drop the need to control.

Water moving down a river doesn't push itself against the current.
It allows itself to flow with ease downstream.
It knows that the flow of least resistance is going to ultimately lead it home.

A sprinkle of faith
is all it takes
Surrender to the ache
even as it breaks you
tearing apart the seams
that once held the past intact.

Now, nothing binds you
Your breath dances with you
through the dark 🖤
Blood carries unconditional love

Bathe in it all. Release. Let go.
There's nothing you need to do or prove
No matter what you've been through

For the vision you feel viscerally to bones
and see so vividly with eyes closed

Allow yourself
to dive into the deep end
of your greatest fears

Swim to depths
that sunlight doesn't reach

A vision of crystalline is lit behind closed eyes
The light of consciousness
awaits your courageous spirit to lean in
A pathway forms out of darkness
and without hesitation,
you leap..

Not knowing what is on the other side
But trusting that what is,
is more than what you have ever previously fathomed possible.

Enriched. Expanded. Evolved.

Here you stand, within the center of all of creation.
AS all of creation itself.

Here you see.
Because you allowed yourself to be.

The moment you think you've obtained Nirvana,
It slips through your fingertips faster than sand.

The experience is not one that can be clung to like "it's going to leave you and God help you if it does because when are you going to feel this again if you let go", no.

It's an experience that has moved me to tears of uncontrollable Bliss. Smiling for no reason other than, I AM. Uncontrollable laughter fills and over flows and I bathe I bathe I bathe, in the presence of it all.

Yes, uncontrollable because it cannot be contained. It is available everywhere, all times, all at once and never ceases to be. It's free.

And you remember that you are the Source of all that is, there is nothing that is not already you. You are the Nirvana. You're life itself. You're existence itself.
Feel it in the breaths you take.
Behind the illusions and stories you make.
Feel the presence of your very own divinity.
Right here right now.
It's just simply awaiting your arrival.

You don't think yourself into Nirvana, you allow the experience to evolve in you spontaneously. There is no control or obtainment. Once you realize this, everything changes.

I remember all those moments in life in which I've felt this absolute uncontrollable Bliss moving like a river through my vessel. So vivid. So real. So... not able to do it justice no matter how much I try to explain it. It's the unexplainable. It's undeniably something that when felt, cannot be held tight to in fear of losing. Fully in the presence of it as it is, IS it.

A musing for todays prompt, Nirvana ✨️💛 eyelids are dropping and I could go on but the point is not to over analyze or explain, yet I do hope you feel this way through your life and desire to support you to in the best way I can. The presence behind my words is what I can offer.
