So excited the day to start my own class is finally here - throughout July I will guide you through uplifting, rejuvenating and restorative Yoga flows to connect your body, mind and spirit!

No need to be experienced, bendy or one of our "flexis" - everyone is welcome!

Please bring your own mat, as there is only limited mats to hire (1$).

Finishing off with a little winter warmer after Savasana 🪷

All levels are welcome - ask me anything you want to know (pricing, mat hire, etc.)!

Please arrive 5-10min earlier to settle in the space, prepare your body and mind for a 60min Yoga Flow with restorative poses and finish off with a little winter warmer treat, made by me for you 🌟

I am so grateful for this opportunity and hope to get to share this with so many of the beautiful Nelson Community! 🧘🏽‍♀️

Sharing is welcome - let's move together, with an uplifting yet calming flow! Sharing mindful movement and soulshine is something I am genuinely passionate about and I hope to find a tribe that wants to share the spirit of Yoga and finding some peace and calm in todays busy lifes ☀️
