Baked Oats - high protein and no protein powder needed!

I ran out of protein powder so this week’s breakfast meal prep was a bit of trial and error! - but lucky for me, I got it first go!!

This is for the ones who hate protein powder or it’s just not working well for you at the moment (like me) but still needs to keep their protein up.
