It’s that simple. The magic happens when we regularly show up. Ignore all the physical and mental excuses, all the incessant internal dialogue and noise. I’m tired, busy, sore, stiff, I’ll go tomorrow, start next week etc etc. Notice and ignore it all and just follow your chosen routine. The path to success is simple if we get out of the way and allow it To Be!

Have you like me ever been told you have overactive hip flexors? Having done a research project on this during my Diploma, I can now confidently say that there is no scientific basis for such a claim. In other words, there is no such condition amd therefore no specific treatment required! Just move and strengthen your hip flexors and everything else :)
