We had a wet start to the day for our Bideford Horse Sports but there was good spirits all round and the sun came out to host our patrons for a lovely afternoon tea. We are very lucky to have such a great community. It was a team effort so thank you to everyone. Lots of horse photos and results to come.

Saturday 14th March 2026! This year we are hosting the Bideford Horse Sports later than our usual January date in hope we have better weather and less people away on holiday. Hope to see you all there.

Sadly we cannot find another date that works for our community to host the Bideford Horse Sports so we will have to cancel for 2025. Apologies that it's taken so long to let you all know. Those that have paid entries will be contacted soon to arrange refunds. Fingers crossed for 2026.

Sorry folks but we’ve had a walk around the grounds and it’s not going to dry out enough to be safe for riding on Saturday so we are postponing the Bideford Horse Sports. We will be setting a new date for March / April and once we have checked out what other events are on so we don’t clash we will let you all know asap. Please hold on for now before cancelling your entry until we have set the new date. Hopefully the sun stays out and you can all enjoy a weekend at the beach instead.
