Rowing is one of the best low impact exercises you can do but it’s also awesome because it requires both your aerobic and anaerobic systems as well as allowing you to build strength in your muscles.

It’s so hard to just throw out 3 little tips so grab a coach for help elevating your rowing and let us know if you give the little rowing form drill at the end of this video a try!
