DAY ONE ✔️❄️

HYBURRRNATION CHALLENGE scans are officially DONE with NZ Body’s Jack kicking off our challenge check-ins this morning 👏🏽

Although scans are just one small part of the journey, they give us a starting point, a baseline, and a chance to track the hard work that’s about to unfold over the next few weeks 💪🏽

This challenge isn’t about perfection.
It’s about consistency.
Showing up.
Building better habits.
Moving your body.
Fueling yourself properly.
And staying locked in even when winter tries to make us hibernate.

Big shoutout to everyone who dragged themselves out of bed in the cold this morning this is where it starts.

🫵🏽you might have to eat the same meals on repeat 🍽️ (yes… again and again)

🫵🏽you might have to train even when you’re not feeling it 🏋🏽‍♀️

🫵🏽you might have to drink actual water, not just caffeine and energy drinks 💧☠️

🫵🏽you might have to track your food properly, not “that looks about right” 📊 (your a guesser)

🫵🏽you might have to say no to OTP 🍸❌ (you’ll live bro)

🫵🏽you might have to do the boring stuff, over and over again 🔁

🫵🏽you might have to pass on dessert sometimes 🍰🚫

🫵🏽you might have to wake up earlier than you want ⏰

🫵🏽you might have to stop guessing your portions ⚖️

🫵🏽you might have to repeat the same lifts for months 🔩 (that’s how you get better)

🫵🏽you might have to take rest days instead of doing more 🛌

🫵🏽you might have to be okay with slow progress 🐢

🫵🏽you might have to stop “starting again” every Monday 🔄

Mum of beautiful babies, a brand new pēpi, and still finding a way to show up… that deserves some real acknowledgment 🖤

This szn of life isn’t easy. Sleepless nights, full days, always putting everyone else first but you still carved out time for yourself and kept chipping away.

It’s not just about the results you can see it’s about the strength it took to keep going in a season where it would’ve been so easy not to.

The results from 3.0 are loud, but what makes it even better is how they came together patience, discipline, and staying locked in.

Some people move in silence… and then let the results do all the talking 🔥

The way you’ve gone about it quietly putting in the work, staying consistent, and not letting the off days throw you says everything. You didn’t need to be the loudest in the room, you just stayed focused, chipped away at your goals, and trusted the process the whole way through.

Seeing this transformation as your coach has been something special 🖤Watching it all come together, the effort, the consistency, the growth and knowing what’s gone on behind the scenes to get here… it hits different.

Real progress isn’t loud it’s built in the small, consistent choices made day after day.

This journey is a reminder that you don’t need perfect conditions to move forward. Just a willingness to start, adjust when needed, and keep showing up.

Over the course of the challenge, this client focused on building better habits, creating structure, and staying committed to the process and that’s exactly where the results come from.

As a coach, this is what it’s all about. Helping someone find their rhythm, build confidence, and realise they’re capable of more than they thought.
