Ok everyone. I'm thinking for Wednesday 15th classes 6.30am. 11am. 1.30pm. And 6pm.

Thursday 16th February will be different as 6pm classes only.

Friday IL do same as Wednesday .
(6.30am n 11am n 1.30pm n 6pm)

Saturday same as Thursday with 6pm.

Sun closed.

Hey hey hey..... got some self and body goals this year. ?
'Work it Out....'

please read.

Until my new page is up n running. I best start advertising. Well new name Work it Out. Upstairs studio @ kea building . Will be opening on Wednesday morning with step classes. .please come and join in on a class. Will be starting with just beginner classes first week to settle everyone in then more will be introduced.

So my classes will be 35-50mins step classes for $10. (Warmup. Stepping. Cooldown n stretching)
Great vibe n music. Hope to c u there. Times will be added next few days.

Just a heads up. It's all go go go. . Full steam ahead... so watch this space for updates. Info on classes up coming n etc....

IL also be creating a new page as I can't seem to change name. So IL let you all know when i do. Just ordered new steppers.
