🏆 2026 Club Awards - Nominations Now Open! 🏆

Our club is made up of an incredible group of players, umpires, supporters and volunteers, and it’s time to recognise those who have gone above and beyond this season!

We’d love your nominations for the following awards:

🏅 Club Contribution Plate
Awarded to an individual who has shown outstanding dedication and commitment to the club, making a significant contribution through their time, effort and actions to the health, welfare or improvement of the club.

🏅 Umpiring Cup
For an individual who has shown dedication, reliability, willingness and availability to umpire throughout the season. (They do not need to be a badged umpire.)

🏅 Supporters Cup
Awarded to someone who provides significant support and encouragement to a team (or teams) on a regular basis throughout the season.

😂 Dick Award (Adults Only)
For an individual who has done something silly, made a mistake, had a funny or forgetful moment, or been a little scatty throughout the season.

Our club is made up of so many amazing players, umpires, supporters and volunteers, so let’s get those nominations in and celebrate the people who help make our club such a great place to be!

👏 Player of the Day! 👏

Player of the Day is awarded to players who show great teamwork, determination, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude both on and off the court.

A special congratulations to Indiana and Olivia for stepping up to help our Year 3 and Year 6 teams. Your willingness to fill in wherever needed, support your teammates, and give 100% for the team was outstanding.

This week’s Player of the Day showed great commitment, encouragement, and effort from start to finish. It’s always wonderful to see players stepping up, supporting their teammates, and giving everything a go.

A huge congratulations to our Year 6 team for an outstanding performance on Tuesday night. The girls showed incredible sportsmanship, endurance, teamwork, and fair play throughout the game. Their positive attitude, determination, and respect for their opponents were a credit to themselves, their whānau, and our club.

You should all hold your heads high – we are so proud of the way you represented Kaipara Flats both on and off the court. Well done, team! 💚🏐👏
