Great day out racing, fast flowing road made for some interesting lines out there.

This is my third run of the day. Not the tidiest run but definitely the most fun and eventful of my 4 runs for the day.

Huge thanks to Otago Sports Car Club (OSCC) and all the volunteers for making the day and event so good aswell as, Mum and Dad for the car and getting me there aswell as a last minute effort to get me a license to drive today.

Also to all my sponsors with their support.

The start is a bit of a steep climb, poor wee car 😂

All ready for another day racing. This time at Blue Spur Rallysprint in Lawrence. Ryan is trying out his Apture Race Electronics remote start for the GoPro today for the first time.
Go hard Ryan!

WHAT A SEASON! WHAT A NIGHT!

Saturday night was the Eastern Southland Car Club's Prizegiving and 70th Anniversary celebrations, and what an awesome night it was!

I've had a pretty successful season behind the wheel, and I'm absolutely stoked with what I've managed to achieve! 😁

I was lucky enough to come away with a few trophies:

🥇 Autocross Junior Under 18 Champion
🏆 Consistent Competitor
🏆 Clubsport Junior Under 18 Champion
🏆 Overall Clubsport Champion
🏆 Junior Club Champion (Under 25)
🥇 B Class Winner
🏆 Overall Club Champion

And to top it all off, I've become the youngest ever Overall Club Champion in ESCC's 70-year history! That's something I'm pretty proud of!

But none of this would have been possible without the amazing people who have backed me along the way.

A massive THANK YOU to all my sponsors for believing in me and helping me do what I love. Your support means so much!

To Mum and Dad, my grandparents, and my brother – thank you for everything! From helping me get to events, working on the cars, giving advice, cheering me on and encouraging me to keep pushing myself. I couldn't have achieved any of this without you all.

And of course, a big thank you to ESCC and all the volunteers who put in so many hours to make sure we can get out there and have fun. Without you, none of us would be racing!

This is the run that put me 0.01 seconds off Dad.

Great to have Dad driving the same car as me again so I can take all his tips and lines to learn the car better, it definitely makes a huge difference.

Massive thanks to all the people who makes the event possible and also to my sponsors who help make these things possible.

🏁 Great day out racing today! 🏁

Dad and I were both behind the wheel of the Baleno today, and it couldn’t have been much closer! 😬

After a great battle, Dad managed to beat me by just ONE HUNDREDTH OF A SECOND! 🤏😂 I think he might be reminding me of that one for a while, or me reminding him, I'm not sure what way that will go!

A massive thank you to all the volunteers who were out there braving the weather so the rest of us could get out and race. 🌧️ We really appreciate you giving up your time to make these events happen.

I’ll sort through some of the onboard footage and get some posted over the next couple of days. 🎥

And a huge thank you to all of you who support me. Whether you’re at the events, following along from home, sending messages or simply giving me a bit of encouragement — it genuinely means a lot and makes a massive difference. ❤️

Until next time… I’ve got 0.02 of a second to find! 😂🏁
