Cold-Pressed, Organic, Hand Made Rosehip Oil

I have four new blends freshly made. Densely packed with Vitamin E, these beauties are anti aging and amazing for the skin.

They also support circulation, relaxation and repairing scar tissue.

Rosehip oil contains phenols, which are chemicals containing antibacterial properties that help fight against skin conditions like eczema. Rosehip oil can also treat eczema by repairing your skin barrier and moisturizing your skin. Early research shows that rosehip oil helps reduce the appearance of scars.

The four new blends are:
Peaceology
Light
Femme
Athena

Peaceology is the lightest scent, still holding other essential oils but this one has the least smell.

Light, Femme and Athena have more distinct beautiful smells, containing Murrh, Peru Basalm, Lime and Rose Geranium.

Celebrating a beautiful evening last night at the 'Mother Earth Meditation' Evening. I held space for women and their daughters as I took them on a journey through the rhythms and cycles of life.

I began filling the space with sounds of leaves rustling and falling as each woman embodied autumn, as a lotus flower, letting go of what no longer served.

The sounds changed to snow falling and the midst of winter, as they felt themselves in deep rest, inside an ancient forest.

Spring arrived; birds chirping and new life arising, as each of us felt the new possibility of what was available for us.

Followed by crickets and the feeling of the sun pouring down, Summer - our inner fire.

I moved around the room, giving each woman a channeled message and energy healing specific for her.

We had oracle cards, chocolate and strawberries, hot water and a variety of delicious teas.

I gave each woman a piece of airdry clay to create and play as she felt the calling to.

Celebrating each unique soul who came.

Hey, I'm Steph - and I work with cycle breakers and brave souls who want their power more than their doubt and pain.

As a trauma informed practitioner, Qualified Coach, Reiki + Energy Healer, Artist and Ecotherapist, I use intuition, my psychic abilities and my 13+ years of experience to support you to release intergenerational trauma and come into your joy.

I have held space for the deepest hurts in people and my intention is always to bring a person back to who they truly are; love, joy, and truth.

Join me next Friday for a Healing Meditation Journey

This isnt a womens circle, but a lying down experience where I'll guide you through a nourishing meditation and give each person a mini energy healing experience.

There is an option to bring your daughter for an ultra special experience, together.

The remembrance that every woman is worthy, no matter what.
The remembrance that life is more than trends and tiktok.
The truth that we are so much more than our bodies.

Together, we will:
🌕 Ground into the earth’s heartbeat through breath, body, and ritual
🌕 Commune with natural cycles: moon, tides, womb, seasons and awaken to their wisdom
🌕 Hold space for mothers, daughters, sisters to reclaim their rite of passage

Today is my last day in the healing clinic for a few weeks, I'm taking some much needed rest and time to fill my cup. It's been amazing seeing all of you for private sessions and the 50 or so of you that have come to the womens circles and meditations! ❤️

I'll be running a group Meditation next Friday (2nd May) which will be the last one for a month or two. I'm feeling the calling to do some energy healing for each person that chooses to come.

I'll still have spaces for Ecotherapy (energy healing and somatic body alchemy) in the forest with limited spots on a Saturday. These are held at Whalers Bay in Otatara or Mores Reserve in Riverton.

I'll be moving into a different space in future that allows me to meet you on a Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday, instead of just a Thursday.
