I have vacancies in my Tuesday evening Tai chi class. This class is at 5.30pm every Tuesday in the Cburch of Christ hall on Douglas Mclean Ave, Marewa, Napier. 10 dollers for a 1hour session. Small friendly group.no experience required. Gentle, calming exercise. Good for balance, flexibility, stregnth and stress relief

It is always great to do tai chi with our friends in nature. A lovely hour this summer finished with coffee and a chat. Tai chi is not just exercise, the social connections are also great for our health and wellbeing.

Happy New Year! 2023 was a busy year for me with several Certificates revalidated (Tai Chi 4 Health instructors must revalidate certificates every 2 years!) and a new Certificate added (9 certificates now). 2024 is going to be another busy year - classes begin on Tuesday 16th January. Just letting you know that tai chi classes have recommenced in Te Awanga (Monday 11am), Marewa (Tuesday 5.30), and Meeanee (Friday 9.30am) for those who are able to get there. Appreciate some will be cut off, some totally wrecked and cleaning up and some just not feeling up to it and my heart goes out to you all. Tai chi is a great stress relief and some gentle social fun. Getting back to "normal" routine is also a great way to cope with stress and anxiety. So give me a txt or call if you want to lnow more and I look forward to seeing my regular participants soon. Ph.
