At Fowler Fitness we offer two awesome group classes designed to suit different fitness levels but both are open to everyone!
Fowler Fitness Class
High-intensity circuit style training. Fast-paced, challenging, and designed to push you outside your comfort zone. Perfect if you love to sweat, grind, and level up your fitness.
Raewyn’s Class
Beginner to intermediate level. A supportive, steady-paced session focused on building strength, confidence, and technique. Ideal if you’re starting out or prefer a more controlled intensity.
The best part? Both classes are work at your own pace. You can adjust exercises to suit your fitness level, so whether you’re just starting or already experienced, there’s a place for you here.
