Ride length on Mountain Bike is 2 hr, around 30 Km. Ann Street would be best place to park vehicle while on ride, which is off Awatere road which comes off north end of Victoria Street. Start of by heading north until you hit the park just after the last bridge that is a walking bridge. Take a left turn onto 1st side path that turns south and up a hill onto the Walking bridge. Cross Waikato river here and take right side path after the bridge that leads back to the river and takes you past a retirement village south. this leads to unsealed path where you turn north just shortly after turn right which leads onto a raised path that takes you to the Waiera bridge. Head under the bridge and go through the tunnel under River road and turn left onto the path following Waiera Drive. Shortly after heading up the hill you will come to a side path head up that and turn right and you will find yourself in Landell Place. From there turn left onto Harrofield Drive. Keep going until you hit a sign indicating a bike path where a left takes you onto Longfield Place. Bike path starts straight ahead. Their are sharp turns on either side of the bridge here. this takes you to Tauhara park. Here you can either head down Clemnts Cresent and onto one of the other two Entrances back into the park or go across it (rough ride) to the paths on the other side of it. these will take you down a Steep path with tight corners. Turn left after the bottom of hill onto anther raised path. here you will come to a crossroads. Straight ahead leads directly to Hukanui road just across from entrance to Mangati Gully. Right takes you on a Tiki tour To Cullum Brae Family Golf Center (follow the pictures). Goal is to traverse north through Mangati Gully. In their all side paths lead to Waiera Drive. I just kept going north to the end of it. Ride up a steep hill brings you onto Keswick Cresent, turn left here and left again onto Huntington Drive, Go straight through the roundabout and onto Waiera Drive. Turn left here onto the bike path and just keep going until you hit the big roundabout. left turn takes you to an entrance into the paths under the roundabout. Here you will want to the Tramway road exit. Take Waiera drive to the end where their are construction barriers across from the lights. Right turn here takes you into Naylor Street. Turn left at the lights onto Galloway street. This leads to the Roundabout on Coburn drive. Bike path starts again on the other side alongside the Hamilton Gardens. Heading right here takes you to the bridge. after the bridge Turn left and go under the bridge. Stay on the path leads back to Ann Street.
