I am a certified Personal Trainer with more than 5 years of experience helping my clients reduce body fat, gain muscles, preparing for bodybuilding competitions and recovering after injuries. I am also a trained chef so I know how important nutrition is to have a healthy lifestyle and feel better in your body. For me, fitness is more than just exercising. It puts you in the right state of mind and

Our last session with Hyacinth! I’m beyond grateful she put her trust in me. She’s not only incredibly dedicated, she’s hilarious. We had so many laughs every session and honestly she kept the whole gym entertained. Though this chapter’s done, she’s continuing on and I can’t wait to see her crush her next goals!

Fat loss isn’t just about eating less and moving more.
That only changes the number on the scale.

If you want real body transformation, you need:
✔️ Calorie deficit
✔️ High protein intake
✔️ Strength training
✔️ Carbohydrates for performance
✔️ Cardio for heart health

Same calories. Different strategy. Completely different result.

Protein helps preserve muscle.
Strength training builds muscle.
Carbs support training and recovery.
Cardio improves cardiovascular fitness and endurance.
