Both boys come to fight, this one will be fireworks from the first bell.

This week we farewelled one of our young warriors Ollie Carlyon from the coast, on to the next chapter of his journeys.
Ollie was the very first person to walk through the doors when we started doing classes. His talent and dedication matched by his kindness, always willing to help his training partners work on their technique.
This year Ollie stepped onto the big stage, competing twice, winning both fights. The results; a testament to the work ethic of a young man training 6 days a week, often twice a day, while working a full time job.
We're looking forward to seeing what the future brings for Ollie inside and outside the ring (or cage!😀)
Thank you Ollie for your time with us here, setting the example for future West Coast fighters and being a rock and foundation of a young club. You're the man bro! 👊💪🙏

Both our boys secured victory in spectacular fashion, in the cage last night.
Massive respect to our opponents who both came to fight. 🙏
Big thank you to Matt Cain, James McBride and the team at Canterbury takedown for all their work and having us on an awesome event.
And thanks to all our supporters that travelled over from the Coast and as far away as Wellington.
Plenty to learn, plenty to work on, back to the drawing board Monday.

The second of our fighters competing on Saturday in Christchurch. Ollie Carlyon is coming off a dominant 3 round war in Dunedin getting the W. He’s stepped up his training and is ready to showcase his new skillset and conditioning with another solid performance, in the cage! 👊💪✊
