Big Paul, always the inspiration.

Its so funny watching people ask him what the secret to his weightloss is, always looking for the tip/trick, the "cheat code" when he tells them there isn't one and it comes down to conviction and hard work they seem disappointed...

Each day is 24rs, your choices are yours to make the 1st one can somtimes be the hardest, but its yours. Just but ya feet on the ground, get your arse out of bed and head to the gym!
