NGĀ WOD O TE WIKI 🔥 WODS OF THE WEEK

Another massive week of mahi ahead! 💪🏽 but it’s time to keep challenging ourselves in our training, pushing our limits and finishing the week stronger than we started.

But this week, the challenge extends beyond our training too. It’s Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori, 14-20 Mahuru/September 🗓️
Keep an eye out for some new kīwaha and kupu Māori you can bring into your everyday kōrero in the gym.

Give it a go, have some fun with it and encourage our whānau along the way.
