Expressions of Interest - Manager, Personal Trainers, Group Fitness Instructors

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our Soul team!

We’re excited to be opening a brand new, purpose built gym and health hub in Cromwell - aiming to be open late Spring/early Summer 2026!

Soul Fitness Cromwell will offer a range of Group Fitness classes (Les Mills, HIIT/Strength, Yoga/Pilates), Saunas, Ice Bath, as well as a fully equipped gym floor.

We want to get the ball rolling with creating an epic team, and we’d love to hear from anyone who is interested in the following roles:

Manager - experience in the health and fitness industry required.

Group Fitness instructors - Les Mills instructors and alternative instructors - we’ll have plenty of classes on offer. Experienced or wanting to learn - we want to hear from you!

Personal Trainers - seeking those currently working in the industry or wanting to get back into it.

We currently operate Soul Fitness Alexandra, so all roles have the potential to start sooner, out of our Alexandra facility.

Hi Folks!

We hope you all had a great Christmas break, and got to enjoy some time with loved ones.

We’re back to reality on the gym front, and we’re ready to hit the ground running!

Motions are in full swing, and all going well we hope to be breaking ground in March, with opening set for late Spring/early Summer!

To help us with the fine tuning of our gym space, we’d love to hear from you! Comment below 👇🏽 and tell us what you’d like to see at Soul Cromwell. All ideas and suggestions welcome!
