Core strength varies from person to person ๐ค
That's why it is great to have progressions for more advanced core training peps as well as easier versions for beginners or those building up their core strength ๐ช
This core exercise targets mainly the lower abdominal muscles, the advanced version requires a strong upper body hold ( think shoulder mount for you polers)
Focus on pressing your lower back down on the floor and think about tucking your tail bone under as you lift your knees to your chest
