Did you know we also have an adults HIP HOP class ?
They’re pretty flippin awesome. Our instructor, my daughter .emery
keeps us on our toes and says we talk and laugh more than her kids classes 😊
Cracks me up that she’s not afraid to tell us off and make us work!
Love that at 20yrs old she has the confidence to control a room full of grown women and help them find their best selves .

She’s a hard road trying to find some Fred friendly brace outfits .
What I’m trying to do is embrace the s**t out of this s**t show and just rock it.
Sometimes I do and many times I feel self conscious and stressed about what outfit goes with sneakers, and what will fit my brace

I have my 20yr vow renewal ceremony coming up and the struggle is real! I can’t wear heels so it might be bare foot up the aisle because what sneakers go with a formal dress ?!
I’m sure when it comes to the day all that will matter is saying “I still do “ to my hubby in front of our friends and family .
If you have any outfit inspo for me , will happily take it .

I can do this .
I wasn’t expecting an emotional hurdle yesterday. I knew what the brace would look like and I was excited to get it and work on my strength and gait. I was not expecting to feel so emotional about the ugliness of it all. I thought I had come to terms with it but the reality hit me hard .

Today I took a few deep breaths before entering the gym and debuting my new brace . I can do this ! Thanks for the many inspiring messages I’ve received about being an inspiration for diversity and overcoming challenges. Thanks for lifting me up.

Finally feeling fit again post accident. Fitness serves my mental well being, and being back has me feeling like me and I couldn’t be happier about it 👊🏻.
I have been told I will likely never jump, run, or burpee again but bring it on . Your girl likes a challenge. You just watch me . My new brace shouldn’t be too far away and I’m so excited to see what it will allow me to achieve . Stay tuned …

Dance is my meditation. It really is the only tool that can completely switch my mind off. As deflated as I felt yesterday, I knew going to Hot Mamas would make me feel better. It didn’t disappoint. So glad I made the effort . So, dance first, think later and love always xox
