Thank you to all who came and put in the effort. This couldn’t be done without you all! ❤️

Next session is on 21st April at 10:30am at Richmond Squash club, where we will have a presentation on injury prevention by Ben, a high performance sport physio
Highly recommend you try get along to this session! We all know how much of a pain injuries are… they suck 👎
