Great class tonight had the pleasure of running David Howarth through his belt this evening.
For those who know this man, he is not the youngest person in the gym but he turns up every week, not just to my sessions but to many classes as well as private sessions throughout the week.
Your progress and dedication has nit gone unnoticed by the team and we awarded you the next step in the journey.
Well deserved and a true embodiment of the jiu jitsu mindset.
congratulations and looking forward to many more hours on the mats with us!
