Wow time flies. All I’ve done here is eat kangaroo and go to the gym.

I really did come here just to take training more seriously. It was either that or prison but my hair is too luscious to be in those communal showers.

Anyway, I still haven’t been to the beach here. Are they any good in Australia?

P.s. I was either moving to Brisbane or Perth. Did I make the right choice? Lol

Reps Of Death ❌ Caps Of Death ✅

If you thought and only trains to failure at the gym, wait til you rave with them.

I’ve never heard them say “one more” that many times in a session before.

They must be really high achievers.

Apparently there were also lines at the toilets and Bitz really wanted me to go with him. I thought it was silly, if there’s a queue we can just use a bush or something but I guess he needed to poo every time.

Anyways, slightly different to my usual Saturday. Glad I got to experience the local culture.

Thanks for humbling me and reminding me why I chose the bodybuilding life. I think it’ll be another couple years before I agree to another night out 🥴😆

12.10.2025 — Show #3 Natural Bodybuilding Australia Pro/Am

Not my leanest look but arguably my best look of the season being on the fuller side.

After back-to-back losses the two weekends prior, it took my mentality up another level. In my head, I could either accept defeat knowing that I’m going up against the same person, or I could roll the dice again and perform like I’ve never lost in my damn life.

That was the energy I carried into the show. I made a point to assure everyone I talked to that “nobody is unbeatable” and even openly shared that sentiment on social media. I made sure to let EVERYONE know— the presidents, promoters, judges, other coaches and athletes.

Anyone can talk when they’re up… but the athlete that talks their s**t before making a comeback? That’s that Kanye type of delusional confidence.

The only person that I shared any vulnerability to wasn’t even with Bec, it was with Brandon — the only person that I owed 100% transparency to, as he was my strategist.

This was the W I needed to break my losing streak since 2022 and give me the confidence to take on the following shows on the bigger stages.

With 2 more professional contracts secured, it’s only right we publish the season stats sheet 📋💰

Unfortunately I have to make my own one in this NBA ( i cri every time)

At… Classic Physique Pro, standing at 5’11”, weighing in at 175lbs, coming out of Auckland, New Zealand, representing Queensland, Australia, number 69… HENRY LINNNN 🗣️

This was undoubtedly the cleanest, most savage prep I have had in my entire career, hitting PBs all the way through til the end— all thanks to the guidance and expertise of

🎖️Personal highlight: beating every single opponent I had the honour of sharing the stage with at least once — would have been a clean sheet if it wasn’t for handing me my only L. This guy’s the business 😮‍💨

One of my top moments in this season — watching win the national title, awarded the pro qualified card (an invitational), THEN finishing Top 2 with me in the pro-line up to be formally awarded the PRO CARD 💳 (Top 3 placings get pro cards if entering as an amateur).

As a coach, you don’t get many opportunities like this in your career. This was especially rewarding considering that we both started the season 0-2, but continued chipping away day-in day-out despite the rocky start.

Through our relentless determination came greater levels of respect for each other. There was no fear of death and we were unkillable. We were 100% locked in, psychotic in how we took our losses, and laughed in the face of prep when it somehow got even harder.

They say you are the sum of the closest people around you, and I couldn’t have gotten luckier that Andres picked me to help him through this prep 🙏🏼

Next chapter: Pro Debut in 2027 🚀
