Periods CAN BE… magical, powerful, dreamy, relaxing, sacred, enjoyable times of rest, a return to our personal power, a time to start afresh & deep intuition.

But how can this be our story or our daughters, if we don’t talk about positively about our periods.
We don’t have to LOVE our periods but we do have to be POSITIVE about them.

Time to change the narrative, release the shame and step into our superpower 💫

Traditional practices of honouring were ceremonies at the rite of passage - menarche (first period), pregnancy/birth, and menopause/croning.

A modern way to honour is charting your cycle, observing your waning & waxing times.

Most kids are too nervous to talk about puberty & body stuff and often parents don’t know how to approach the subject, so it never gets discussed.

The great thing about First Moon Circles is your child can learn about this with other girls of a similar age in a fun, creative way.
When their Mum returns for the second part of the circle, the girls have so much to share that the sparks of discussion happen naturally. Returning home with knowledge, understanding and a new bond ❤️
