The progress is painfully slow, not quite compatible with my not so patient nature πŸ˜‚ I have to keep reminding myself where I was just a month ago!

Muscle mass gets lost incredibly fast, unfortunately it takes a lot longer to rebuild.
We also tend to lose muscle as we age, it’s something we have to be aware of and start early on with doing weight bearing exercises and at least maintain what we have got.
There are so many benefits to having a healthy percentage of muscle mass, like joint and bone health, regulating blood sugar and burning fat.
