Welcome James and Sue
Farewell to Blackball Salami
As we prepare to say goodbye to Blackball Salami, we can't help but reflect on the incredible journey weβve had since taking over the business in 2009. It has been a ride filled with hard work, challenges and immense satisfaction, and we are beyond grateful for the experience.
We have always loved the products we make, and hearing the fantastic feedback from our customers has been one of the most rewarding aspects of our journey. It has been our mission to uphold the high standards that Pat Kennedy & Gary Secker established all those years ago, and we are proud to say that weβve continued their legacy with the same level of quality and care.
To our staff, none of this would have been possible without the dedication and commitment over the years. Their hard work and passion have been the backbone of our success.
To the locals, we extend our heartfelt thanks. You support has meant the world to us. Blackball is a special place and it will always hold a piece of our hearts.
While we will miss being at the helm of Blackball Salami, we are ready for the next chapter - one that involves kicking back, enjoying life, and most importantly, spending more time with our family. With six wonderful grandchildren keeping us busy with their sports and activities, we are looking forward to embracing this new phase.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of our Blackball journey.
Please welcome James and Sue Hardie, the new owners.
With gratitude, Debbie & Phillip.
