Couple of hours spent today doing some meal prep top ups to get through the next week. Meal preparation has been a must for me this year, to make sure I keep on track with my eating throughout the week, it has to be quick and ready to eat when I get home from trainings. I had to do a complete reset in January, after last year I put work/clients/life before myself. January 8th I made it my goal to prioritize my health and fitness.
5am training was the new start to my dayπͺ(that was BIG for me, I was NEVER a morning person!) and a balanced meal plan and food preparationππ₯¦ to ensure I was eating properly!! π
It's ok to slip sometimes, just remember to get back up π
