CLUB DAY 🎟️

Our U9s carved it up yesterday!!
From start to finish they played with mana, heart and grit. They not only played well but they also represented our club with pride, making everyone in black PROUD.

- All our parents for helping week in and week out, their support speaks volumes
- Our coaches Ina, Tumai and Rik for their dedication in our players

🏉 What a game! Our Awanui Under 11s took on Te Aupōuri in an absolute thriller, with the game coming down to the final play under “last try wins.” Te Aupōuri crossed for the deciding try to take the win.

Unfortunately, due to the current bad weather conditions and the state of the fields, Awanui junior rugby games have been cancelled.

The safety of our players, whanaus, coaches, supporters matter to us.

Please stay safe, stay warm, and enjoy the weekend indoors. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing everyone back on the field next week, ready to go again!

We will provide an update next week, as this week is the Kings birthday weekend and we wish everyone a well-deserved break.

Massive effort from our Junior U7s Rippa Rugby team! 🏉

Awesome runs, lots of smiles, and plenty of tries scored by both teams. So proud of these little legends, they listened well, and gave it their all from start to finish.

🏉 Another good day of rugby for our Under 11s, travelling over to Ahipara to take on Te Rarawa.

A Great game played by both teams, our kids showed plenty of grit, teamwork, and kept turning up for each other right to the final whistle.
