What’s up, Swim Besties!

We’re halfway through the week and getting closer to the weekend.. woohoo! 😃We’re excited to see more of you at training this Saturday.

If you’re preparing for the NZ Masters Long Course Nationals, now’s the time to step up your mileage and train with intention. Every session counts!

But here’s something to remember:

You don’t need to grind yourself down to reach your full potential.
What matters most is finding your sweet spot, that balance where effort meets flow. That’s where the magic happens.

Great Swim Sesh today team!💪😃

Our first day of training kicked off strong with positive vibes and fast swims!
We’ve had some fantastic feedback, Swimmers loved the crystal-clear water, fast pool and the fun workout this morning.

Our sessions are designed to match your ability and fitness goals, whether you’re a triathlete, ocean swimmer, pool swimmer, or someone who swims to stay fit

This morning, we were joined by a great mix of athletes, including the Head Coach of one of NZ’s finest and oldest Masters clubs, Roskill Masters, along with her swimmers

Looking forward to seeing more of you on deck next week. 🫶

Swim Sesh is a social swim club based in the heart of Epsom, Auckland.

We believe that swimming should be fun, inclusive, and something you genuinely look forward to. At the core of our philosophy are two things:

“The feel for the water” and “finding your flow.”

These are the keys to mastering your craft, no matter your level.
