5 exercises using D.bells and bench

1. Decline bench one arm chest press - chest and obliques
2. Decline bench one arm row - back muscles and core
3. D. bell pullovers - squeeze the d.bell with your hands and keep elbows in - top of chest
4. Bulgarian alternating hi/low torso on each leg - when torso is up high the quads are getting the most work; when torso is low, glutes are the target
5. Squats shoulder press - legs and shoulders

Pura Tirta Taman Mumbul is a purification water temple.

The ritual involves cleansing in the holy waters to purify the mind and soul.

There are a series of eleven sacred showers representing the Dewata Nawa Sanga (the nine directional gods), along with Dewi Saraswati and Dewi Gangga. We walked through each shower, offering prayers and receiving blessings.

1. Iswara – ruler, purity
2. Mahadeva – grounding and fertility
3. Brahma – creator of all living and non living things, energy, passion
4. Vishnu – keeper, compassion
5. Rudra – harmony, transformation
6. Sambhu – power of air, protection
7. Sankara – fortune, truth
8. Maheswara – knowledge
9. Siwa (Shiva) – destroyer, rebirth
10. Dewi Saraswati – Goddess of wisdom, learning, and the arts
11. Dewi Gangga – Goddess of sacred water, purification and fertility (linked to the Ganges)

Got here last night to do a 2-week yoga teacher training course.

I know not everyone can fly across the world for something like this, and I truly believe your wellbeing journey can begin wherever you are. Right now. It starts with a breath, a question, a choice to learn about yourself.
For me, Bali holds a special kind of energy. There’s a spiritual power here that always brings me peace and happiness.

I’ve always believed that real transformation starts inside. That’s what I teach as a personal trainer: learn about yourself first, and the rest will follow—your strength, your confidence, your balance.
This journey is for me, but I’m also bringing you with me. I’ll be sharing what I learn, what I feel, and how this shapes the way I coach and connect to my clients ❤️
