Here at SO, we are so excited to announce the promotion of our Instructor Lisa from Junior Instructor to Senior Instructor ๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽ‰

Lisa has been teaching at SO consistently since the good old anzac avenue pop-up days and is certified in reformer, cadillac, barrel, and pregnancy pilates.

If you've been to Lisa's classes, you know how amazing she is as an instructor, and the love she has for Pilates shows in her classes ๐Ÿค

Find Lisa on the group class roster on
Tuesday 7am
Wednesday 530pm, 630pm
Saturday 11am
Sunday 8am, 9am

along with mentoring mentee instructors as part of & her private clients. If you would like to have some private sessions with Lisa, please fill out our private form on the website and select 'Senior Instructor'
