Outstanding debut Kindred Cup (on & off the field) for the (Royal) Torpedo Bay Cricket Club in Napier at the weekend 🏏

After winning both games on Day 1, we were well beaten by a clinical (and well rested) Willows outfit in the semi final on Day 2.

Friendships made, elite sledging, and memories that will only get more exaggerated as the years roll on - and that was just Fordy’s 50 ball – 17 not out.

Congrats to Tendai for our player of the tournament award and to Stenno for scoring our first Kindred Cup century 👏🏻

A cracking day at Seddon Park last Friday as Torpedo Bay CC successfully defended the Chatfield Shield in a tight contest against Seddon Cricket Club. 🏏

TBCC 179–3 proved just enough to hold off Seddon CC 164–8. Congrats to .cachopa for scoring our first hundred and .craig.10 who took 3 key wickets.

Shield retained, roll on Kindred. 💪🏆
