🏆 MONTHLY MEMBER CHALLENGE 🏆

It's Blue September again, a month where we support those experiencing prostate cancer. Known as Blue September the goal of this month is to complete as many push ups as you can in the month.

Set yourself a goal, go out and achieve it. Support something bigger than yourself.

We have a super easy way to track your progress throughout the month with our Push Up Trackers that will be pinned up alongside the challenge board.

✅ Write your name on the tracker sheet
✅ Set a goal for the month
✅ Track your push ups
✅ See what you can achieve for yourself and prostate cancer research

Whoever achieves the most push ups in the month wins a prize! (and bragging rights of course)
