Himalayan Trail Running is looking for a Proactive, versatile and organized Administrative Officer who balances leadership with administrative precision.

𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Lead the overall growth, strategy, and daily operations of Himalayan Trail Running.
- Oversee the end-to-end planning, logistics, and ex*****on of trail racing events.
- Develop and curate high-quality adventure itineraries and specialized trail routes.
- Identify and secure strategic sponsorships and corporate partnerships.
- Execute marketing strategies and manage the brand's social media presence.
- Manage all legal documentation, including VAT/TAX registrations and government permits.
- Handle professional correspondence and official documentation in both English and Nepali.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience (leadership roles preferred).
- Strong ability to communicate, motivate, and lead a team.
- Practical experience in managing events or projects.
- High proficiency in Nepali transcriptio

Race Distances: 55K, 25K & 5K
Registration and payment deadline: March 25, 2024

Entry Fees:
Nepali participants: Rs. 3,000
SAARC participants: Rs. 6,000
International (Non-SAARC) participants: Rs. 8,000
Local runners register for free but must arrange their own accommodations and meals. Non-local runners interested in the 5K category must register similarly to the 55K and 25K categories, which include likely accommodations and meals.

Inclusions:
Transportation from the National Sports Council’s yard in Kathmandu to the event venue and back on shared buses.
Dinner on March 29th, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on March 30th, and breakfast on March 31st will be provided. (Lunch on March 29th and March 31st during travel must be managed independently).

Accommodation: School Hall on March 29th, Monastery Hall on March 30th. Participants must bring their own mattress and sleeping bag. Western-style toilets are not available.

Arrive on time at the National Sports Council Yard (Dasarath Stadium, Tripureshwor Kathmandu) at 9:00 am on March 29th, ready to race with a smile. Ground transfer to the start line will be provided.
Collect bibs upon arrival at Sunapati.
Be at the starting line at Sunapati on time.
