Dhalko Team Crowned Champions!

Dhalko Taekwondo Dojang (Ward Chairman) has claimed the title of Women’s Team Champion at the Taekwondo competition, securing 3 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze medals.

With the support of Kathmandu Metropolitan City Ward No. 8 and the successful coordination of Shree Pingala Taekwondo Dojang, Lion Martial Arts finished in second place with 3 gold medals.
Dilip Smriti Taekwondo Dojang secured third place with 1 gold, 3 silver, and 3 bronze medals.

Winners were honored during a special ceremony by
Shyam Krishna Sangat (Nepali Congress Area No. 4 President),
Ashaman Sangat (Ward Chairperson),
and Ward Members Saraswati Rajbhandari and Shekhar Deula.

The event was officially inaugurated by KMC Deputy Mayor Sunita Dangol.

More than 200 athletes competed across 13 categories at the Golden Durbar Banquet, Jayabageshwori.
The top finishers earned cash prizes of Rs. 4,000, Rs. 3,000, and Rs. 2,000 respectively.
