The sacred celebrations may have passed, but their meaning remains.

After celebration comes integration.

After prayer comes practice.

After inspiration comes embodiment.

The teachings are not only remembered on sacred days.
They are lived in ordinary moments.

As the moon begins to wane, we are invited to carry the light of wisdom, the warmth of compassion and the clarity of awareness into our daily lives.

Today we honor one of the most sacred days in the Tibetan Buddhist calendar.

Saga Dawa Düchen commemorates the Birth, Awakening and Mahaparinirvana of Shakyamuni Buddha.

This full moon day is traditionally regarded as a powerful time for cultivating merit, compassion, generosity and spiritual practice.

Today is a reminder that awakening is not something distant.

The teachings of the Buddha point again and again toward compassion, wisdom, awareness and the possibility of liberation for all beings.

May this full moon inspire peace in our hearts, clarity in our minds and kindness in our actions.

✨ Happy Saga Dawa Düchen ✨

May all sentient beings enjoy happiness and the causes of happiness.

May all sentient beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering.

May all sentient beings enjoy long life, good health and favorable conditions for the path.
