Formerly, known as Club Hardic Fitness Center, its management has been recently taken over by Lalit Mandap Business Group. LMHC also consists of five other sub-leased parties namely Aastha Clinic, Ghangri Cafe, Homely kitchen, Sipi Beauty Club and Sense of Touch Spa. We believe that one of the secret of wellness is physical activity. Understanding the different levels of fitness, physical activity

and lifestyle goals of our customers, we at LMHC tends to all your needs, delivering direct health and fitness results. We offer you excellent facilities including an aerobics studio, weight room, cardio section, sauna and steam room and a pool. We have dedicated trainers who are ready to set up and follow you through your individual training plan and help you achieve your goals of a healthier, happier life. Services & Features LMHC’s provides an array of services and facilities which are particularly designed for our customers. At LMHC each and every member can enjoy a more wide-ranging project of harmony between body and mind. We have a well equipped Gymnasium, Weight Room, Cardio Section and an Aerobic Hall design to suit all abilities and levels of fitness with state of art machinery and qualified trainers. Our trainers will help you develop personal exercise programs, monitor and evaluate your fitness and provide the necessary guidance. We have a swimming pool for competitive training and recreation or to just clean and energize yourself. A sauna and steam bath to let your hair down, and slip into deep relaxation. Besides our well equipped state of the art machinery and a dedicated team of instructors to guide you into your fitness and well-being, we also conduct Ballet dance classes in partnership with Kathmandu Children’s Ballet. And we are soon commencing Salsa and freestyle Bollywood dance classes for both children and adults.
