Maya’s brother started gymnastics with me when he was only about 22 months old, and he stayed with me until he was 5. 🤸♂️
Now he has moved on to other sports, but gymnastics gave him such a great foundation — strength, coordination, balance, body awareness, and discipline that he can take with him into any sport.
His little sister Maya also started very young, coming to Parent & Child Gymnastics with her mom. 💛
Now she is 4 years old and comes to gymnastics all by herself! According to her mom, she absolutely loves it. 🤸♀️
Seeing children grow, become more independent and confident, and develop a love for movement makes me so happy. This is one of the reasons I still love teaching gymnastics after more than 30 years. ❤️
My new 15-week fall gymnastics courses start August 23rd.
