Hi everyone,
The past couple of weeks since returning from Australia have been full — in a really good way.
I haven’t been running my usual open classes because I’ve been fully booked with private groups for three weeks straight, which has been both exciting and motivating!
I’ve worked in three different locations with groups ranging from 5 to 30 people. Every group has required something slightly different, which has pushed me to adapt, refine my approach, and experiment with new combinations.
Recently I’ve been blending:
• Tai Chi–inspired movement
• Somatic yoga
• Yogalates
• Mobility and rolling work
• Breathwork and nervous system regulation
• Yoga Nidra
It’s been a great opportunity to step outside my usual format, test new methods, and build sessions that balance strength, focus, mobility, and proper recovery 😍
I’m also exploring the idea of offering stress-relief sessions for schools and businesses in Lofoten — practical sessions focused on neck and shoulder release, back mobility, breathing techniques, and simple tools people can use in everyday life. If that’s relevant for your workplace or school, feel free to reach out or spread the word of this local small business 😊
Tomorrow at 11:00 we’ll be at Skårungen in the Garden Room for a Slow Flow focused on strength, balance and concentration.
We’ll finish with Yoga Nidra, including a guided forest-walk visualization.
