For ei helg, og for ein opplevelse! 🤩 Vi deltok i NM i undervannsfoto for aller første gong, og gjett om det gav meirsmak!

og arrangerte ein heilt fantastisk NM-konkurranse med sine flotte lokaler som utgangspunkt! Sjølv om både lyn og tåke nok gjorde arrangørane litt svette, kunne ikkje arrangementet glidd bedre! 👏👏👏

Første dykk starta med poppa o-ring og dugg i linsa, men likevel vart resultatet ein kjempeflott 3.plass sammenlagt (av totalt 17 deltakarar i denne finalen)! 🥳⭐️

Det gøyaste var likevel å få gull i klasse C makro, i veldig tøff konkurranse med mange dyktige fotografar! 🥇 Takk til som huska på meg når noko lilla dukka opp, slik at nakensneglen fekk ei velfortjent ramme! 💜

Gratulerer så mykje til med 🥇og med 🥈sammenlagt! 👏👏👏

Takk til alle som har bidratt til eit flott mesterskap, både arrangørar, deltakarar og alle andre rundt! Vi ser fram til å møtes igjen til dyst i NM på Kvitsøy 2026! 💙

Different kind of caving! 🤩 By chance I discovered that there would be perfect conditions for a sunset in Bekhilderen! My first time there, it can only be entered if complete low tide (people have gotten themselves stuck there 😬). Pictures just don’t do it justice, it was an exhilaratingly beautiful experience! 🌅❤️🧡💛💜💙

Another wonderful visit to this small but challenging system! 💙 It just keeps on giving new great experiences and growth in my capacity as a diver. I’ll never stop learning 🦋

This time I also had the time and company to wander among the other mines close by, such a beautiful area! 🤩 A good fill of mindfulness before going back to everyday life 🧘‍♀️

My love for the ocean has been a big part of my life since childhood, and I clearly remember the day in 2004 when I was finally able to get a proper look at what was hiding under the surface! Already from early on in my diving career GUE made an impact on my comfort and safety under water, forming me to be the diver I am today.

Being able to hand that gift over to the next generation of committed divers is a privilege I will handle with great care. I’m hoping to transfer my enthusiasm for learning about all things ocean and cave related, and the drive to help make the environment under the surface healthier one small step at a time.

"Focusing solely on an individual’s mistakes or decisions doesn’t help. We see the same issues repeated time and again. Simply stating that pre-dive checks were not performed, the briefing was inadequate, or the divers became separated underwater does not explain why these things happened. To understand a dive, we need to explore the full context—how divers typically prepare, what is considered acceptable behaviour, and what external pressures influence decision-making. We need open conversations and people who are willing to share their experiences without fear of judgment."
