Great photo from yesterday at Lydden Hill Race Circuit Rally Sprint.
Phil had fun getting used to the new gearbox set up in the Evo and got some good laps in. Unfortunately in the last heat the rear diff decided to give up so he didnt make the final.
Ben also had a lot of fun in his swift and came away with a win in his class.

A great day was had by all.

Championship leader Phil Seath heads to Lydden Hill

Phil Seath returns to Lydden Hill on 25th July for the 2WD Festival, currently leading the Swift Sport Rallycross Championship.

After a challenging weekend at Mondello Park, Phil and the team still secured two second place finishes despite battling a mechanical issue that affected both the clutch and brakes.

The crew worked tirelessly at the circuit, but the fault could not be completely resolved trackside. Once back at base, the problem was traced to the servo pressurising both systems. The full system has now been replaced and the team is ready to come back fighting.

With valuable championship points on the line, Phil will be looking to continue his strong season and defend his position at the top of the standings.

A big shout out to Kev and Charlie Millar, Ben Williams, Tom Gilham and everyone in the PJSMotorsport Team who worked so hard to keep Phil competing in Ireland.

Come along to the 2WD Festival at Lydden Hill on 25 July and support Phil and the rest of the Swift Family as the championship battle continues. 🏁
