Leg day done? Don’t skip this one! 🔥
Save for your next leg day 📌

Favoriete stretch after Leg day:

—————-

1 Lie on your back and raise your right leg
2 Place your right foot on your left thigh
3Pull your left knee towards your chest
4 Grab your leg and pull for a deeper stretch
5 Switch sides 🔁

You choose the intensity. Feel it in your glutes, hamstrings and hips 💪

3 SIMPLE NUTRITION TIPS for Building Muscle — save this one!💪

🥩 Eet voldoende eiwitten

———————————————

🥩 Eat enough protein
Aim for 1.6-2.2g per kg bodyweight per day. Meal timing matters far less than hitting your daily target.
🔥 Keep a modest calorie surplus
Muscle growth needs raw materials. Training hard while under-eating limits your results, no matter how good your program is.
⚡ Carbs around your training
Carbs fuel your session and support recovery. This is what makes the volume and intensity needed for growth possible.
