FIRST OF THE 7 SUMMITS IN THE POCKET !!

So proud!

Fortunate with the weather, everything went according to schedule!

Jur: " At 26 November we had an awesome flight to Union Glacier with the most bad ass plane.On the same day we flew to base camp of Mount Vinson.After one day of waiting, we head up to low camp on the 28th. Because we wanted our packs to be a bit lighter when we moved to high camp, we did a stash push to lunch ledge on the fixed ropes. On the 1st of December we moved to high camp in beautiful weather, but it was a hard day and the lines didn’t seem to end. The day after we had a rest day at high camp.
3 December was our day, this day we set off to summit Mount Vinson. There was almost no wind that day and we enjoyed beautiful views on the summit.
This was an intense experience on a continent where not many people have been. A beautiful place to be, it was perfect!

By bringing in FOCUS and SPECIFIC BREATHING TECHNIQUES we discovered the power of the mind!

All 25 brave participants went into the ice bath yesterday, facing their own personal challenges.

Last Sunday we followed our fresh Endvr. star Niehk⭐, during her triatlon @ High Tech Campus in Eindhoven.🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️ Her goal?
Scooping a place on the podium next year!💪🏻💪🏻

Day 3 on the Khan Tengri. About an hour ago we recieved a message that both guys arrived safely in camp 2 at an altitude of 5300m. Back to BC now and acclimatize well before setting off to camp 3 next Saterday! 🗻
