Everyone online seems to have "found their calling" after kids.
I just found out how tired a person can be.

And honestly? From the outside, I probably look like one of those clean pivot stories.
Left the corporate world, found the work I love.
What you didn't see was the long foggy middle, the doubt, the false starts, the nights googling who I was supposed to be.

Nobody posts that part. But your unglamorous middle isn't a sign you're behind. It's the actual work. You're just living the unedited version.

If you're deep in that middle right now, let's talk.

He helps. You manage.
And you're quietly furious that you're the one holding the entire map in your head.

It's not that he's a bad partner. It's a default nobody chose out loud: where one person becomes the household's operating system, running an invisible load no one else can see.

It doesn't get lighter when you carry it more gracefully. It gets lighter when it's named, pulled out of your head and put on the table where two people can read it.

Share this with someone who needs to hear it.

The job didn't change.
You did.
And now the thing you worked ten years for feels like someone else's dream.
It's not that the career got worse, it's that your values quietly reshuffled underneath it. That's disorienting, not ungrateful.
And outgrowing a path isn't wasting it.
Everything it taught you comes with you.
The pivot is a redirection, not a demolition.

If that's where you're standing right now, let's talk.

7 months postpartum! Yeaahhhhh! 💪

Today I worked out on the grass with my baby next to me. 🌱
For seven months, I let my body do what it needed.
I took it easy.
No rushing to "bounce back."
No timeline but its own.

But while I rested my body, I was building, post by post, decision by decision, networking etc...
In the margins. During naps. In the quiet hours.

Today I chose to rebuild my body too.
A mat on the grass. My baby beside me.
Sun. Summer breeze.
No weights. No equipment.
And interruptions to stop a tiny fist of grass from reaching his mouth. 😅
But I got my 30-minute HIIT in.

I used to say I couldn't. Baby all day. Too tired by night. Partly true.
Partly just an excuse.
I could keep waiting for the free evening, the quieter week, the moment things "settle down."

But here's what today reminded me: things don't settle down.
You build the business in the cracks.
You rebuild the body on the grass, with a baby next to you.

If you want it enough, you stop waiting for the way to appear, you make one!

What's the thing you keep waiting to start?
Chances are, the perfect time is just the next time you decide to begin.

And sometimes beginning just takes one conversation. I'm offering a free 30-minute discovery call.
No pressure, no pitch, just space to figure out your next move. Link in bio ❤️

You updated your job title in five minutes.
Updating who you are to yourself is taking a lot longer.
The outside changes overnight.
The inside doesn't get the same memo, and no one gives you time off for it. So you sit in the lag, not quite knowing who you are.

But that's not stuck.
Identity rebuilds slowly, in small daily reintroductions to yourself. Slow is normal.
Slow is how it works.

If you're in that in-between right now, let's talk.

You still want the big career. And some days you hate that you want it because shouldn't he be enough?
But wanting more than motherhood isn't proof you love him less. Ambition and devotion aren't a seesaw. Wanting a full life doesn't take from your child, it shows him what a full life looks like.

You're allowed to want both. Without apology.
If that guilt has been sitting on you, let's talk.

It's not the birth that scares you. It's the Monday you go back and have to pretend you're the same person who left.
But you don't have to be. The version of you who returns is allowed to renegotiate the terms not just resume them. Different hours, different yeses, different limits. You get to come back as who you are now, not who you were.

If that Monday is already sitting in your chest, let's talk.

Work like you don't have a kid. Mother like you don't have a job. Fail at both, and call it balance.

That standard isn't yours to meet, it's impossible by design. The workplace was never built for a full life at home. So the guilt you carry? Manufactured, not earned.

You can't fix the workplace by Monday. But once you see the standard was impossible all along, you get to put the guilt down and spend that energy building something that actually works for you.

If you're stuck in that loop, let's talk.

There's a quiet voice telling you the career you fought for doesn't fit anymore and you keep turning up the noise so you don't have to hear it.

But that whisper isn't disloyalty to your ambition. It's your values reshuffling. And honoring it doesn't mean blowing up your life. One small step toward what's pulling you is enough.

If that voice is getting harder to ignore, let's talk.

You used to know your worth by the room's reaction. Then the applause went quiet and the work got invisible.

But invisible isn't worthless. It just means your sense of value has to move inward. That's a skill, not a failing. And it's learnable.

If the silence is loud for you right now, let's talk.
