Words that struck a cord for me. What power lies in not knowing? What opportunities can it bring? ✨it’s sometimes difficult to accept that we might not know or even worse we might be wrong. “Think again” brings a lovely mindset shift to the table framing not knowing as our wisdom, doubt and criticism as our key to growth✨Step away from the echo chamber I feel him screaming! Explore the unknown, disagree, learn, change your mind, grow. All of it is allowed in the world of Thinking Again✨

Finding yourself: the feeling of serenity and comfort in knowing who we are, knowing that we don’t know everything, knowing that we’ll change. Feeling at home within ourselves, standing behind our choices, setting strong boundaries and moving forward in life in a way that feels joyful and authentic to us (and by nobody else’s standards). Being gentle and honest with ourselves at all times. Loving life as a playground or even, a treasure hunt 😉

What will we discover? What will we learn? What will we let go of? What will take onboard? ✨Another year brings the energy and anticipation of finding out more about ourselves. ✨I’m ready! Are you? ✨Damn this book is good! Inspiring, motivating but also (let’s be real) very confronting. Biggest takeaway: shame resilience and wow 😮 I can only say it’s the ultimate skill we all should add to our toolkit for a happier life (emphasis on skill, yes we can all learn how to be resilient to shame!). I feel a responsibility to share this book with anyone who has not heard of it. This book is an absolute must for me. Only a few pages in, it’s already affected me so much. I’m following the audiobook and found myself getting teary eyed listening in on my commute. It’s as profound as it is enjoyable. My hope is that I can share this experience with you and can only wish it will do for you what it’s doing for me. Brenè Brown is an absolute hero, badass, force of life, inspiring woman. If you plan to read this book and looking for a buddy to obsess over it… 🙋🏼‍♀️

To take the time to stop, slow down and reflect on how we want to move forward in life, is to me one of the most loving things we can do for ourselves. To figure out what parts of ourselves we want to cultivate, which parts have we not paid enough attention to, which parts don’t fit us or serve us anymore. For me growth is always preceded by a sense of frustration, of feeling stuck and I’ve found that the exploration of frustration and “stuck-ness” has resulted in big shifts for me and led me to an eventual resolution and growth. So here they are: my favourite questions to spark a forward movement towards growth in the hopes that there’s one that speaks to you.
