In & Out Passing • Touch the Ball and Turn

This drill helps players improve:

✔️ First touch
✔️ Quick passing
✔️ Body movement
✔️ Awareness & decision-making
Simple movements, but very effective for match situations.
Control the ball, pass cleanly, turn fast, and play forward.
Consistency in training builds confidence on the pitch.
