P.E.O - Blazing a Trail.
I am thrilled to share that I was speaking earlier today as the IPS Project Speaker at the 64th Convention of Connecticut State Chapter of P.E.O Sisterhood, and it was a great success!
It was an honor to share my story, my journey, and my passion for human rights advocacy with the amazing women of P.E.O Connecticut Chapter, made up of over 1,200 super women.
The admiration from these super women and my being able to inspire them with my story meant the world to me, I got so emotional at the end of the speech that I cried, I couldn’t believe it was me; Isioma that could make such impact with my story and the massive number of women who came to me at the end to express their admiration was mind blowing!
I’m most grateful to the P.E.O Sisterhood for believing in me, supporting, and encouraging me through my journey, as an IPS Beneficiary!
